bibliografie multiple per lo stesso articolo

Mi da codice di errore n.2107209126, ma non so se riguarda il mio problema. Praticamente nel documento con citazioni multiple dello stesso articolo mi fa lo stesso numero di bibliografie con numeri diversi dello stesso articolo.
Come posso fare?

    could be a hidden field with a citation not properly deleted.
