I was wondering that also. One workaround is to export the citations as Endnote and Zotero will automatically convert them.
However, it looks like this will not be a problem for much longer - NISC BiblioLine has been taken over by EBSCO, and their databases are Zotero compatible. See http://support.epnet.com/knowledge_base/detail.php?id=4128
