Upgrade StorageStandalone won't sync but the Firefox extension will

Could someone please help me. I had my computer fixed and I have lost my library collection, folders and all. I have resynced it many times and it added only 5 items. Although all of them are available on Zotero in the library when I have logged in, they are not in my standalone library. What can I do to fix this?
