Missing Collections

I am using the firefox internet version and MAC Word 2008. I have the plugin and appear to be able to add a citation, but my library / collection is empty. I have checked and I am signed in. I'm not sure what the issue is. Ideas?

I'm not sure I understand where you are checking and seeing your "library / collection is empty". Is this on zotero.org website or in Zotero for Firefox (i.e. after you click on the Zotero icon at the bottom right of your Firefox window)?

Thanks. I figured it out. I didn't realize you had to enter credentials in the sync tab.
