Are you using Firefox in the Metro interface? If you switch to the regular desktop, does it work?

Also, I think the english version of that error is "No apps are installed to open this type of link (zotero). Look for an app in the store.", which probably refers to an attempt to open a "zotero://" link, though I'm not sure why a link like that would be launched when opening Zotero's preferences.

Can you try re-installing Zotero for Firefox from http://www.zotero.org/download/ ?

Relative to Metro:
I close Firefox, I open it again form the desktop. There is no change.

For more info, Windows failed and restarted itself some hours before I realized that Zotero didnt work. It is possible that it changed some values of Firefox or Windows.

I can re-instal zotero for Firefox. By the last sentence are you saying that I wont lose my data? If it is sure, I can try it. But I should be 100% sure. Losing this data would be a big problem :/

Yes, re-installing Zotero will not delete existing data, but you are highly encouraged to maintain backups of your Zotero data directory anyway, so you may as well do that now. http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data

I dont find the file pointed out in the link you attached.
I don't want to bore you asking for help in saving the data.
I will look for the file tomorrow morning with anyone more expert than me and save all the data before reinstalling zotero.
I will tell you how did it go.
