Auto-Insert Empty Line Between Footnotes?
I assume that my issue is related to style-settings but I am not sure.
At my institution we are requested to use Chicago style. The sample paper we should use as reference has an empty line between footnotes.
Example:
1. Yamamoto, Vision and Violence, 31–32.
2. Ibid., 40.
I also assume that it is the general recommendation of the Chicago Manual of Style without having checked it.
Zotero automatically generates footnotes without a separating line:
1. Yamamoto, Vision and Violence, 31–32.
2. Ibid., 40.
Of course it is easy to manually insert an empty line after the footnote has been generated. But isn't there a way to do that automatically if this is generally what Chicago style suggests or am I missing an option?

It shouldn't be hard to set this to add an empty line between footnotes, but how that works differs between word processors.
