Unable to sync with my Webdav server Report ID:1758713428

File upload failed while syncing with the Webdav server CloudMe.
  • First, upgrade to Zotero 4.0.15. If you're still having trouble (which is likely, since this is probably an issue on their end), provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.
  • Today it's my second attempt to update Zotero, but it doesn't seem to connect to the server. It might be a problem with our work server though... I'll keep you updated. Thanks.
  • I just updated and did what you've asked for. Tried to sync, same problem

    "File upload failed. Please check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator.

    HTTP 502"

    The Debug ID is D1831237597.
  • A 502 error means "Bad Gateway". It's not from Zotero.
  • Sorry to ask you this then, but is it a problem from my work server or from the webdav service server?. Thanks
  • Hard to say — It could be from either a proxy server or from the WebDAV server. I can't see in the output, but if you restart Zotero and generate another Debug ID I might be able to.

  • Well, here's a different error, at least:
    Upload of attachment Q5N2JXBT finished with status code 413
    Error 413 PUT input filesize exceeded
    This one is from the WebDAV server. You can paste Q5N2JXBT into the Zotero search bar (in All Fields & Tags or Everything mode) to see the attachment in question.
  • Thank you so much. It might be a file bigger than 150 MB, since I have a limit in the server and it can not be uploaded.
    I just tried again and it's the same error. I will check with the Webdav server.
