[citeproc bug] misterious et-al behavior

As you can see, the style shouldn't have any et-al in the bibliography - it's not set at cs:style, not in cs:bibliography, and note in cs:author
Yet, we see et al after 6 names - suggesting there is something like an et-al-min="8" et-al-use-first="6" (or so) set somewhere, somehow... that's not good.
