I've seen this and I might look into it at some point, but mainly new translators get added if (in roughly this order)
1) people who want it writes it themselselves or
2) commission someone else to write it
3) the site presents metadata in an easily accessible way so it doesn't take much time
since 3) isn't the case here, your best bet is to look at one of the first 2 options.
