Storage Upgrade Not working
I have contacted email@example.com several times with no response about upgrading my storage from 25GB ($240/year) to 50GB (prefer to pay monthly). I also tried to upgrade by entering more payment information but the system stops me on checkout. I am about to travel abroad and really need the citations in the cloud. Is there no way to upgrade beyond 25GB with an online payment? Is there a phone number I can call? This seems very unusual for Zotero's normally fast response time on everything.
