Citing multivolume dictionary
I would like to make a citation for an entry from a 4 vol. dictionary (NIDNTT).
When I filled the volume field (1) and # of volumes (4), nothing was reflected in the bibliography using Zotero 4.0.14, having selected (Chicago Manual of Style 16th edition (full note):
For the footnote, I put in 1:568 for page number and got what I wanted:
F. Selter, “Exhort--Noutheteo,” ed. Colin Brown, The New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology (Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan Books, 1986), 1:568.
However, for the Bibliography, even though I put Volume: 1, it is not reflected in the Bibliography.
Selter, F. “Exhort--Noutheteo.” Edited by Colin Brown. The New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology. Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan Books, 1986.
Per Chicago Style, I believe it should have volume and page range of the entry:
Selter, F. “Exhort--Noutheteo.” Edited by Colin Brown, 1:567-563. The New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology. Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan Books, 1986.
Any advice?
How do I make volume number show?
How do I insert page range for bibliography, different from footnote (page number)?

For anything academic that is, essentially, in an edited book (multi-volume or not), I'd recommend using book chapter. I believe that should handle the volume number correctly.
After discussing encyclopedia entries they write:
"For certain reference works—particularly those with substantial, authored entries—it may be appropriate to cite individual entries by author, much like contributions to a multiauthor book (see 14.112). Such citations may be included in a bibliography. "
