SimonStart with http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#installation_error. If that doesn't work, we'll need the text of the error message from manual installation.

beoglThanks Simon! I had to go through it all - uninstall Java, reinstall - but now it works. ;-)
