standalone Zotero not syncing

My zotero account has been unable to sync for 13 hours. I am using box for a WebDAV file syncing, the box server verifies when I use Zotero

Any help would be appreciated,

Could you check in your debug output logging whether you are also getting messages stating the database is locked?

I do not see anything about the database being locked, I do see some sql running and a 503 error from the server

I have also encountered the same problem on Zotero Standalone for Mac with a message that "Zotero syncing is currently unavailable."

I do see this libraries are locked
