PDF's won't download
All of my PDF's are accessible on my desktop Zotero library. However, only some are accessible through my online Zotero library. The only difference I have noticed is the indexing of the PDF's. The files that are accessible online are indexed on my desktop Zotero library. The files that aren't accessible/won't give the option to download the file aren't indexed on my desktop Zotero library. In an attempt to solve this problem, I rebuilt the index on my desktop version. This did not solve the problem. I also tried clicking the arrows to index the individual files. This did not solve the problem either. I attempted using a different browser, re-syncing, and updating my desktop version, but had no luck with any of this. Any idea why I can only download some of the files online when they are all available on my desktop Zotero?

I appreciate any insight you can provide!
1. The file is really large - e.g. you're (accidentally?) trying to sync a movie or an ISO file
2. You're trying to sync to a group that is owned by someone else, whose storage quota used up.
That's interesting. The online PDFs become unavailable way before reaching the file it says it stops syncing at. In fact, it appears that only the first 15 files on my web-based library are downloadable - however, citations appear after that and again, past the sync stopping spot.
1. Is there a way to easily find out if I'm accidentally syncing a movie or ISO file? I don't see either of these types in my library.
2. To my knowledge, I am only syncing from my desktop library to the web-based one. I am also the only one on the account.
Thanks for the help!
2) The order of file syncing isn't predictable, so if you have a large file, it could prevent other files from syncing, even if other small files could still fit in your remaining space. (Since it uploads more than one file at once, it's possible it would do a few more every time, such that if you kept syncing, it'd upload one or two small ones each time, but no guarantees. In any case you'll want to remove the large file.)
