Upgrade StorageWord could not communicate with Zotero
I tried to add citations in a Word document and I got the next message:
Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero Standalone or Firefox is open and try again.
Firefox is open and Zotero also. I am in the middle of a document and this is really bothering me. Two weeks ago I had to insert bibliography without zotero. That time I could add citations but when I asked Zotero to insert the Bibliography, only the first three authors came out!

SimonDo any of the conditions listed in http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#communication_error_or_non-responsive_plugin_buttons apply?
