OOo | Libreoffice multiple inserted citations [xx,yy]

Is anyone knows how to insert "multiple" citations between brackets using the Vancouver Elsevier style (or the Journal Français d'Ophtalmologie) with OpenOffice or LibreOffice?
For instance : [3,5] instead of [3][5] as OOo does it.

    If you put multiple cites into the citation, with the Elsevier Vancouver style the numbers will be placed in a single set of braces as you describe.

    When you open the citation popup to insert a citation, type to select the second reference before pressing "Enter".
