Chrome vs. Safari?

I have recently downloaded and started to use Zotero Standalone (I have version 4.0.11) and like it a lot! But when I downloaded, I did not really go into the matter if it works better with Chrome or Safari - or if this does not matter at all? At the moment I switch between Chrome and Safari while working, and have Zotero connected to both. I can't notice any difference? But of course I have little material in my project, and will just be on the safe side for the future, as the project grows.

Any opinions or experience?

    Chrome and Safari are based on the same browser engine (WebKit) so they should work almost exactly the same.
