Status of Recommendation Service Implementation

The roadmap (http://www.zotero.org/support/development_roadmap) from last year mentions a recommendation service that is supposedly under development. I just wanted to ask if this feature is still being developed or has been rejected. I personally think that a recommendation service would clearly differentiate Zotero from other programs like Qiqqa, Colwiz, Papers, ...

BTW, Mendeley has a recommendation feature for premium users and released the according framework: https://github.com/mendeley/mrec
