[MLZ] New item added using translator doesn't automatically go into the current collection

It used to be the case that a new item will automatically go into the current collection - i.e., the collection that's highlighted in Zotero. But I seem to lose that functionality occasionally - not always, as I still have some items automatically assigned to the current collection. Is this a known issue?
