Upgrade Storage[mlz] amlaw bug: works in collection
Just caught a bug with the amlaw style: when citing works within a volume of collected works, the author should be formatted in ordinary roman type unless all works in the collection are from the same author, per bluebook 15.5.1. Currently amlaw uses small caps.
