Standalone not opening
Zotero standalone is not opening and reporting the following message 'Your Zotero database is currently in use. Only one instance of Zotero using the same database may be opened simultaneously at this time. If Firefox with the Zotero extension is open, please close it and restart Zotero Standalone' however the database is not open elsewhere.
I am able to open my full libraries and collections online but am not able to get into standalone so am unable to access all features.
I've tried re installing but this prompts the same message.
The issue first arose after installing the chrome browser extension.
Anyone got any ideas?

(sorry, I know this is trivial, but it's also the most likely solution for "database in use" issues)

If so, is the custom location on any networked drive?
