Syncing Error

Hi,

Every 45 seconds or so my Zotero standalone is freezing up. It stays frozen for 20-30 seconds. Please help. The Report ID is 705964577.

  • To add further information, my Zotero is current; there are no updates available. Also, It is now not accepting my password and email address for syncing. I just updated my password because the previous one looks like it may have been giving me trouble. But now it is a red exclamation point instead of the yellow caution sign that was appearing before. Any help is appreciated.

  • The Report ID for the most recent issue is 408497919.
  • Would it be a problem if I had used Zotero from another computer? I had set it up on an office computer but I no longer use that one. The problem started during the time when I used that other computer, about two months ago. I am using Zotero more intensively now, so I need it to work smoothly.

    Restart Zotero and try again, and provide another Report ID if you're still having trouble.
