Web of Knowledge - limiting citations grabbed

When I attempt to grab a single abstract in Web of Knowledge all related citations are grabbed. Is there a way to configure the settings so only the citation of interest is grabbed rather than all the references?

    Are your translators up to date? Check via Preferences -> General -> Update Now

    I thought we fixed this. I'll double check a bit later when I have access.
