Upgrade Storage[fixed by install update]items list does not load; unable to access categorized materials or add new
Problem: When I open zotero tab, I get this message: Loading items list... This does not resolve.

Running Bitdefender Total Security
Had one apparent success by disabling virus scan, but unable to repeat.
zotero.sqlite is being accessed when I run zotero.
Debug produces this:
