Help! I deleted a folder - can I regret or remake it?

I accidentally accepted a delete of my whole thesis folder - because I thought it was another folder. Is there any way I can regret that or remake the deleted folder?

Any help is very welcome!

    Did you "Delete collection..." or did you "Delete collection and items..."?

    Folders in Zotero are more like playlists. If you just "Delete collection...", that will not actually delete any of your Zotero items. They should always appear under My Library.

    However, if you do "Delete collection and items...", the items _will_ be deleted and will disappear from your entire library (even other collections).

    In either case, unfortunately, the collection itself cannot be recovered, so you will have to re-organize your items again. However, if you did delete the items, they should still be in your trash (Zotero trash, not system trash). You can move them back to your library from there (right-click).

    well, it depends - while what Aurimas says is all 100% accurate, if re-creating the collection would be a huge problem, you can see if restoring from your last automatic back-up would work:
