Upgrade StorageImporting Metadata Via Browser

I'm trying to split my Zotero library into two accounts for different purposes. I've made a second Zotero account but in trying to import the half of the data I want for it, it appears the import option for Zotero RDF metadata is only possible with the desktop version. I don't want to sync my desktop with a new account as it's a hassle to go back and forth between the two (and I'm worried I might lose something in the process). Is it possible to import Zotero metadata just via the browser version?
TLDR: can you import an exported Zotero collection from account A to B via the browser?

I'd suggest either using groups instead of different accounts, or, if you really do need different accounts, work with Firefox/Zotero profiles
