In a note, a link does not work. No hand is shown, no new page.

I use Zotero a lot using the note-window. From the note I want to make a link to an external web-page. It is relatively easy to make the link using the menu. The title turns blue and below is a blue line. I want to open another page in my browser. In Html: it says _blank.
But the link does not work. I can not press the link. There is no hand being shown.
What can the reason be?

links from notes are currently broken, with, unfortunately, no fix in sight in the short run. FWIW they do work when you generate a report.

no, that was a misunderstanding. As I say, this is a known issue without a current fix.
The links work in reports generated by Zotero:
