Zotero library is empty

All it says is "loading item list"
Where are my Zotero downloads ?
Is there no backup ?
  • is that online or locally?
  • you should make sure to have a back-up in any case
    http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#backing_up_your_zotero_library
  • The stand alone Zotero library is not empty
    Is that "locally"?
The Firefox Zotero library is empty
I usually back up all my HD to Time Machne
I also tried to follow the article with the backup instructions.
Here is the path I follow to Zotero folder
Library- Application Support - Firefox - Profile - 00t902i4.default- Zotero
Here I see the folders Locate, Pipes, Storage, Styles, Translators and some few files.
¿ Is there anything I can do there ?
  • Is the Zotero Standalone library the same as the one in Firefox?
Have you tried restarting your computer? Are you sure you have Standalone closed when trying to pen your library in Firefox?

Your back-up strategy (i.e. just back up the entire HD on timeachine) is great, no need to mess with that, it'll cover Zotero.

¿ How do I recover from TM ?

I do not know which library the two Zoteros are using, if they are the same or not
There seems to be a conflict between the two

I have restarted the computer. Only one Zotero is open at a time.
Error message 1391376203 has been sent to Zotero developers
There is a Java scrpt error that needs manual correction

The Zotero library is empty sometimes, I don't know when and why.

En automatisk synkronisering ledde till en konflikt som måste åtgärdas manuellt.

Klicka på synkroniseringsikonen för att synkronisera manuellt.
Do what it says. Click the sync icon and resolve the conflicts.

I still don't really understand the problem you're facing, though, so if you have trouble beyond that, I think we'll need to see some screenshots demonstrating the problem. You can upload screenshots to a free file-sharing service (Dropbox, imageshack.us, etc.) and provide a link here.
