Script Error - event sysodisA message?

I cannot seem to add a citation. I am using Zotero 4.0.11 and have reinstalled the word plug-in but I continue to get the message: "Script error: Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero Standalone or Firefox is open and try again. does not understand the 'event sysodisA'-message".

Can someone help?
