Can fulltext links to PDFs be downloaded from Web of Knowledge search?

Hi, I am curious if Zotero can download the PDFs from search result page of Web of Knowledge? Currently a WoK page shows "full text" below each article citation as a link to individual publisher page where PDF can be downloaded. It would be more efficient to download the articles along with the citations. I have no problem in selecting the citations I want but just checking if PDFs download is possible too.

no, Zotero currently can only download PDFs that are hosted on the same site (same issue for pubmed, btw.). This may change at some point, but not any time very soon.
