How to import data from Refworks including Personal Notes and Attachments

    1. tell us if your Zotero data directory is in its default location (Preferences -> Advanced -> Files and Folders) and if not, is it on a network location, dropbox, or something similar?
    2. Produce a Debug ID for the import attempt?
