Excluding info from Public library

I love the idea of making my zotero library public - it's such a great way to connect with scholars researching similar areas. However, I would like to exclude some of the Info fields from my library before making it public. Is that possible?

    The only available settings are here:
    https://www.zotero.org/settings/privacy
    i.e. you can make your notes invisible, but nothing else. I believe there are generally plans to allow more fine-grained customization, but I don't think anything that will happen soon.
    The alternative is, of course, to work with groups.
