Cannot sync

I have an "!" in a red circle next to the sync icon. I have no idea what cause this. Please help!

    You're still running a very old version of Zotero, 3.0.8.1. To start, upgrade to the latest version of Zotero 4.0. If you're still having trouble with that, provide another Report ID.
