Upgrade StorageSnapshots missing
I've installed Zotero on a new laptop for a demo, taken some snapshots, and checked them out during the session in which I created them yesterday. However, today I can't access any of the snapshots, and the folder is missing.
One difference in the path that I see is that the word roaming appears on this machine before Mozilla: C;/Users/h/AppData/Raoming/Mozilla/ . . .
I have been connected wirelessly, both when I installed Zotero and while creating the items. Could this be the source of the problem?
Any suggestions appreciated; I have tomorrow to fix this. Thanks!

elisabeth shieldsHmm - snapshots are back - I should have tried closing down and reopening before coming here - sorry! Wish I knew why it happened, though. I have also found the information on where Zotero stores data, so I see the path is perfectly normal.
