[MLZ] Pinpoint page numbers disapper from pop-up pane in MS Word

You can easily append page or section numbers to a citation by typing ":" followed by the numbers. The numbers used to stick as part of the citation with the ":" inside the pane. Not any more. The numbers, along with the colon, disappear about 2 seconds after I enter them. I see that they still become part of the citation, as the final product contains the pinpoint page numbers. But it is very inconvenient not to be able to see them as I enter them. Is there a fix for this?

    (IIRC that's an issue in vanilla Zotero as well, I believe I've posted about this, will try to find that later).
