Couldn't save items from a ACM list and other ACM/IEEE troubles

Hi,

I just started to explore Zotero, and feel it is a very good tool although I am having some troubles when saving info from ACM portal and IEEExplore.

1. ACM: Zotero could sense the list of items from a search result page, but couldn't save items for the checked pages.

2. IEEE: when a page is saved by click the icon at the end of the address bar, the webpage snapshot couldn't be saved. I am very sure that I checked the option for automatically take snapshots in the preference.

3. Both ACM and IEEE: Zotero could not sense the list from a page like:
http://portal.acm.org/toc.cfm?id=1357054&idx=SERIES260&type=proceeding&coll=portal&dl=ACM&part=series&WantType=Proceedings&title=CHI&CFID=19018673&CFTOKEN=79690038
http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/tocresult.jsp?isnumber=17394&isYear=1999
I really hope that the list could be sensed. This "sense" will be very useful.

Thanks.
