"A field code in this document is corrupted"

When I copy text with citations from one word document to the other, zotero sais "A field code in this document is corrupted". The only way to use zotero in this document again is to remove all the codes. Is there another way?

    Hello, I encounter the same problem, and see no mean to use zotero in the doc.
    If usefull, this is my report number:

    Ok, I think I just identified the cause of my Pb: I used the Zotero citation box to make a reference to a special part in my own doc, which has no entry in my library....that was the invalid field: it did not match any entry, and was simply text. This is not recognized by the log and blocks further citations.
    I leave the comment even if the Pb is solved, in case it be usefull to others encountering the same difficulty,
