I can't speak for vadb, but for me, the main reason for going to full screen mode is to get rid of all the tool bars etc at the top of FF to have more room for viewing pages and documents, but still actually be able use Zotero (with tag selector etc).
Just shrinking Zotero down to the menu bar doesn't get rid of the tool bars at the top and limits the use of Zotero.
Why do the menu buttons disappear? I, too, would like to have them accessible in full screen mode.
Full screen mode in Firefox 3 is now better than ever with all toolbars being hidden. However, zotero still loses its menu bar when in full screen mode. Is there an option, maybe in about:config, that will prevent this behavior?
