Group member can not see group

Hi!

We are setting up a group library at my work and one of the members is unable to see the group in their standalone version - we've manage to add 15 others right, so really not sure what's going on.
Standalone syncs but when it is finished, still no group library visible.

The member has been invited, and having accepted, can see the group library on zotero.org.
We have checked the username and password in the preferences.
We have checked that "Sync attachment files in group libraries using Zotero storage" is ticked.
The error report window is totally blank.


They are running
OS: Windows 7 Professional
Zotero: version 4.0.11
Firefox: version 23.0.1

They have uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero, restarted their computer, and we have uninvited and reinvited him to the group!

Any ideas??
  • Have them upgrade to Zotero 4.0.12 to be sure (though likely that won't make a difference).
    Then, see if they can make a change to their _personal_ library on zotero.org and if that syncs to their local copy of Zotero.
