I cannot have full note

I am working on MS word for my term paper.
However, as I use zotero citation, it does not give me
full note. It just gives the title and the author.
I need full note. How can I resolve this problem?
Please help me asap.

    Change the style : Zotero Set Docs Prefs button if you're using a word processor plugin.

    I have changed the styles several times.
    But it still cannot give me full note.
    I don't understand.
    It used to work before.

    Any other way to solve?

    What styles did you try?
    What do you mean exactly by "full note"?

    I used "zotero insert citation" in word add ins.
    I used "turibian (full note)" and I also tried "Chicago (full note)."
    What I mean "full note" is that I cannot see some other information
    like publisher, and date. Only author's first name, and the short title of the book is described. However, it used to give me full note
    a couple of months ago when I used.
