Upgrade StorageZotero Standalone and Firefox syncing with different WebDAV services (same Zotero account)

I started syncing Zotero Standalone through WebDAV (CloudMe).
I am also testing another WebDAV (Idrive), and Zotero Firefox is set for that.
So, each of my Zotero instance (Standalone and Firefox) is set to sync with a different WebDAV service, although the Zotero account in use is the same.
Can I maintain Zotero syncing with different WebDAV service using same Zotero account? Is there any risk to the consistency of the data?
