Upgrade StoragePlease Help! Syncing across libraries, lost some files
Hi, I'm having a major issue, I have two accounts, and I needed to get most of the files and folders from account A to account B to populate account B. I had folders X,Y,Z in A, and synced A to my desktop Zotero, which added to the local B library, deleted Z (since I only needed X,Y in B), then synced the local library to B. But then I logged into A a few days later and Z was gone! Obviously Zotero had managed to sync my desktop library to A after I had deleted Z but before I changed sync details to B. Is there anywhere in my computer I can find Z?? I tried the backup file but the backup was made after the sync which got rid of Z from A!

As I wrote in your other thread, collections are not folders. Hence, your items aren't lost, they're in "My Library". But if you've synced after the deletion of the collection, and don't have a backup (you can try to restore from the last automatic backup but I'm not sure it's worth it since – again – no item are lost), you can't get the collection back.
