Problem refreshing Zotero with ABNT c

I've encountered a problem while refreshing Zotero with the CSL-file "Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (note, Portuguese - Brazil). The message "myblob.strings.prefix is undefined" constantly appears and I am unable to refresh. What does this mean? How do I fix it?

  • "[JavaScript Error: "myblob.strings.prefix is undefined" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/citeproc.js" line: 3051}]"
fbennett will have to look at this one.
  • fbennett, any thoughts on why this problem is happening?
  • Duplicate thread here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/31474/problem-with-csl-abnt/

Some potentially useful information from that thread:
I have checked and the problem only occurs while refreshing the bibliography, that is, Zotero is able to refresh all footnotes in ABNT style but it is unable to do the same for the bibliography. How do I fix it?
  • @rafael_sourza1: Sorry, I had missed your message, Aurimas sent me a heads-up. I'll take a look soon, and if there is an issue with the processor I'll get it sorted out soon.
  • Thanks. Let me know then.
  • Apologies for the delay in getting to this. I'll have a solution or some questions about the issue soon.
  • @rafael_souza1: Very sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I've loaded the style. I've tried with a bunch of random references, and haven't yet been able to make the style break. We'll need to investigate things at your end to find the source of the problem.

Someone may have asked you this already, but could you confirm that the style works properly in a fresh document?

Once we're sure about that, try going through the steps here. (If you get to Step 8, we'll ask you to export the citations from the portion of the document that fails, so we can try to reproduce the failure.)
