citing author names in 'Environment and Planning' style

The 'Environment and Planning' style in Zotero uses 'et al' with just the first author's name for in-text citations. However, the journals require the first two authors to be cited followed by et al for in-text citations.

Help in correcting this would be appreciated. Thanks!
