Right-click alternative to Ctrl-Alt-C

It would be really useful right now for me to have a right-click alternative to Ctrl-Alt-C for copying BibTeX references to the clipboard. Some other Firefox extension seems to be trapping Ctrl-Alt-C and I haven't figured out which yet. In the meantime I'm having to drag-and-drop from Zotero into WordPad and then copy-and-paste from WordPad into Emacs, since Emacs won't take the drag-and-drop for whatever reason. Thanks!

Shortcut keys are switching to Ctrl-Shift on Windows and Linux in 4.0.10, which will be out shortly, so you might have more luck with that.
