Upgrade Storagecan't creat file in "storage"
Hi,
I'm encountering syncing problems on the computers of my university (Geneva, CH).
The ReportID is 420705089. I'm suspecting it is related with permissions, or something like it.
The Firefox version is ESR 10, and of course the user have not the rights to upgrade. The Zotero version is 3.0.8, and it's impossible to upgrade because the latest version of Zotero is not compatible with this version of Firefox.
Do you think there's something I can do, or not ?

Otherwise, wait for other comments on your report ID...
The students aren't supposed to work with modern tools. Or they are supposed to be whealthy and BYOD.
