I have been unable to sync my zotero library (last sync 37 days ago). After confirming that my library on zotero.org was incomplete, turning off automatic syncing, backing up my local library, and re-starting my computer, I attempted to reset sync using the "Restore to Zotero server" option. Currently, I am getting the following error: "You cannot reset server data while one of your libraries is locked for syncing. Please wait for all related syncs to complete."

How can I resolve the error and sync my library?

You had a stalled upload on the server. I restarted it, so you should now have more data on the server and should be able to sync.

Don't use the reset options.
