Upgrade StorageZotero only saving when on campus
I'm a librarian trying to help a user who's experiencing issues with the installation of the Firefox extension on his own Mac when he's off-campus.
When he's on our campus network, everything works beautifully.
When he's off-campus, he's unable to save anything to his library. He gets the icons for saving, but when clicked, the Saving pop-up just hangs and nothing is added to his library.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Maybe a proxy issue.
Make sure that Firefox Privacy settings (Options → Privacy) are not blocking cookies. Under history, you should not have “Firefox will:” set to “Never remember history”. You should also not have it set to “Use custom settings for history” and have “Accept cookies from sites” unchecked. It's also possible that some websites require “Accept third-party cookies” to be enabled.
