unformatted Word 2007 bibliography to zotero formatted

Hi,
I would appreciate some advice. Does anyone know of any way to convert my unformatted Word text citations to zotero? Or do I have to retype all 50 pages into zotero manually?

No way to do this generally but see http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/importing_formatted_bibliographies

If you need exact output, your best bet is to search for the articles and import them individually rather than rely on any of these methods. Ideally don't use Google Scholar, which has some gaps in its data. Use a richer database like JSTOR or PubMed or whatever is common in your field and suplement with data right from the publisher.
