    Here's the error you're getting:
[JavaScript Error: "[Exception... "'CSL: formatCitation called with empty citation' when calling method: [nsIStreamListener::onDataAvailable]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "" data: no]"]
Can you follow the steps on the word processor plugin troubleshooting page and send an excerpt from the document that exhibits the error to support@zot....org?

I have already done the troubleshooting. I copy a section of my origin document until I paste to the page 35 and the problem appears again. I mail this section to support@zot....org. Thx a lot
  • Some of the Zotero field codes in your document—in the table headers—have become uppercase, which is breaking Zotero's citation code. If you delete and regenerate those citations, the problem should go away. You can temporarily view the field codes themselves (to see which ones are uppercase—for example, CITATIONITEMS instead of citationItems) by pressing Ctrl-F9 on Windows or Option-F9 on OS X.

We can adjust Zotero to be able to handle this, but do you have any idea how it would have occurred?
